The method of obtaining the receipt certificate is defined in Joint Ministerial Decision no 23615\/651\/E.103 (Government Gazette 1184 \u2013 9\/5\/2014) Article 6 par. 3, which prescribes that “the collection of WEEE of non-domestic origin from commercial, industrial, institutional and other sources, is effected by legitimate collectors-carriers directly from the users\u2019 facilities\/premises. Upon receipt of the WEEE, a Certificate of Receipt is issued.<\/p>

\u00a0<\/p>

The method of issuing\/granting this Certificate is prescribed in the cooperation agreement between the alternative management system and the collectors-carriers”.<\/p>
