Steps to enter and register in the Registry<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Step 1: <\/span> Visit the EMPA website, by typing http:\/\/empa.eoan.gr<\/a> in your browser (we recommend using CHROME and not MOZZILA for now to avoid potential problems)<\/p>

Step 2: <\/span> Request login information to the application by selecting “I don\u2019t have codes”. Fill in the information requested.<\/p>

Step 3: <\/span>Activate the Registry and access it using the credentials that will be sent to you electronically. After logging in, complete the registration by providing the required company information as prompted.<\/p>

Step 4: <\/span>Enter the details of the EEE placed on the Greek market for the previous year by selecting the ‘New Launch’ option. You may make as many changes as you like, as long as, you provide the required information without selecting ‘Submit.’ However, once you press ‘Submit, the registration becomes final, and no further modifications can be made.<\/p>

Before the EMPA issues the certificate of registration in the Registry, the application will automatically request confirmation from Appliances Recycling S.A. that an active contract exists. This confirmation presupposes both the existence of an active signed contract of the company\/producer with our system and the absence of any pending periodic tax statements or due debts. If there is such a relevant pending issue, please settle it before submitting an application for the issuance of a PRN certificate in the EMPA.
Once this step is successfully completed, the option to print the PRN certificate will become available.<\/p>

All necessary information, along with the “EMPA Registration Guide,”<\/b> has been posted on the EOAN website (http:\/\/www.eoan.gr\/el\/content\/17\/mitroo<\/a><\/strong>). This guide provides detailed instructions for liable producers on how to enter the required information into the Registry. <\/p>
